Our History
Penta Industries was founded by President Jesus Padilla and his son, Alex Padilla, in 1995. Together this father and son team have a combined experience of more than 40 years, and have realized their vision of a reliable, high quality precision machine shops customers can depend on.
Today the business is still owned and operated by Padilla’s family, and has grown from a small machine shop to a 6,500 square foot state-of-the-art facility. Penta Industries is dedicated to adding talented personnel and advanced machinery to meet the growing needs of their clients.

President Jesus Padilla moved from Mexico to the United States and became a resident in 1965. He had a lifelong dream to establish a high quality precision machine shop, and has been learning everything related to the industry since arriving in the United States. He started by purchasing manual equipment and subcontracting part time. In 1995 he invited his son, Alexander Padilla, to help him open the doors of Penta Industries Inc, and the business has been steadily growing for over 14 years.
Alexander Padilla was born in San Antonio, Texas. He has studied Electrical Engineering at the University of Texas at Austin. Today, as Vice-President of Manufacturing at Penta Industries, Inc., he brings many years of experience in the precision machining industry.
